Refund Policy/Class Rules
Our 2025 Summer & Fall program are open for registration, the seats will be based on “first come, first served”.
2025 年暑假班現已接受報名,有興趣報讀的學生 請盡早報名, 額滿即止。
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. 學費需在註冊時,全數清付。
Siblings will receive 5% discount. 同一家庭的兄弟姐妹。如同時報讀,第二名可有九五折扣。
We accept cash, money order, and personal check. 我們接受現金或者銀行本票和私人支票。

Class Rules 規則
Students and parents are responsible for the class schedule.
學生和家長必須根據時間表,準時上課。
Class attendance is required for all students. Students must inform us of their absence in advance by phone or in person.
學生必須出席全部課程,如果學生缺席,請通知學校。
All make-up class schedules are arranged by our staff and cannot be exchanged for a refund or carried over to the next session. 在任何情況下, 補課時間由學校安排。
Tuition Credit and refund Rules 退學規則
If you enroll in a course, and then find out you cannot attend, you can contact us to retain your tuition and use it as a credit - for six months. $100.00 service charge will be deducted. If you prefer a refund, $200.00 will be deducted as indicated under refund.報名後如不能出席, 學費只能保留下一學期使用, 需付一百元手續費。如需要立即退款,需要扣除二百元。
In addition, if you enroll in a course and you cannot attend school before 30 days begins. You may ask us to retain your tuition and use it a credit- for six months. $200.00 service charge will be deducted. If you prefer a refund, 50% will be deducted as indicated under refund.
此外. 如 報名後開學前30天不能出席, 學費只能保留下一學期使用, 需付二百元手續費。如需要立即退款,需要扣除百分之50%的费用。
If for any reason you need to withdraw from a class, there will be NO refund and NO credit after the first class.
在任何情況下學生如需要退學,學費在開課後,將不會退回。
Cancellation and Changes
Higher Learning reserves the right to cancel any class, change class schedule, divide a class or change instructors, if necessary. 春苗保留權利,如在需要的情形下,可作出任何改變。
